Shipping Policy
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders (except HI & AK), for orders $20 and up.
For orders under $20, there is a flat shipping fee of $4.95.
How long until my order ships?
All orders placed before 12pm MST ship out same day, Monday thru Friday.
Orders placed after 12pm MST ship the following business day.
How long does free shipping take?
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
ALL orders are shipped from our state of the art warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping, at this time, but we are working hard to make this an option for our international customers.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with a return address labelled "DS Distribution Inc". There will be no mention of Smokin' Buddies on your package.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Smokin' Buddies will replace it at no cost. Simply fill out the Return Request Form within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.
Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. Learn more about out return policy or file a return using the links below.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
On all orders, Adult signature required upon delivery.
